In collaboration with Association of Friends of the Museum of Contemporary Arts in Ibiza (MACE), Loewe opens a summer boutique in the museum located in the historic part of Ibiza town, the Dalt Vila. The shop features the brand’s John Allen collection and a selection of summer 2015’s ready-to-wear pieces.
Inspired by the work of the famed British artist, the John Allen collection is wonderfully colorful and features abstract scenes of the British landscape. Created in collaboration with Loewe’s creative director Jonathan Anderson, it is the starting point of the accessories collection that he designed for the brand. Tote bags, canvas accessories, silk scarves and beach towels are embellished with ‘Falling Leaves’, ‘Cornish Harbour’ and ‘Pink House in Cumbria’ prints.
‘John’s use of color and the purity of his work translate perfectly to LOEWE, which stands for the very best in craft today,’ says Anderson.
Open from July 28th till September 6th, the boutique is a part of the brand’s engagement in supporting art and culture.
