In honor of her first season as the Italian brand’s creative director, Julia Haart showcased a commitment to the female identity and most importantly to the embracement of curves. The collection resonated with the final chime of the suffering clock, as Haart put an end to the act of suffering for beauty- much to the ladies’ pleasure! Said liberation came in the form of soft fabrics clinging on to the women’s forms in all their glory. Think matching tailored shorts and brassieres, feminine suits, button-down blouses and pastel playsuits.
Bras were discretely brought to life under sultry suits, while others were playfully paired with high-waist double-silk leggings. The most striking designs were ones with unwired bras and bikini tops, featuring a cut that would go unnoticed should one wear plunging necklines – a forte that will definitely bring her to extremes! Alongside the sultry designs were floral patterns, taking over a series of pants, suit-dresses and bralettes.
