How to Stay Relaxed after a Spa Day

You spent a lot on that beautiful spa day and the results are pretty satisfying. Surely you don’t want to waste the relaxing mood you’re in, so here are some tips to keep yourself chilled out!

1 – Don’t apply makeup for at least three hours after you receive your facial because it will clog the pores.

2 – Don’t commit yourself to an evening out.

3 – Plan on having a movie night in and chill.

4 – Don’t work out and waste your energy by making your muscles work.

5 – Don’t shower right after your massage session in order to preserve the benefits of the elixirs that are good for your skin, so wait at least six hours if you absolutely must shower.

6 – Apply sunscreen before you leave the spa.

7 – Drink a lot of water after your massage in order to stay hydrated.
