First Highlights of Arab Fashion Week

The long-awaited week is in full-swing and we can’t say we’re not head over heels in love with the plethora of collections displayed at the heart of D3. As promised, the citywide festival has introduced exceptional design talents from the Middle-East, China and the rest of the world, as part of a joint initiative to rightfully place Dubai as the central hub for fashion in the Middle East.

Supported by the Dubai Design and Fashion Council, the week-long event has already featured the region’s most powerful and influential supporters and has attracted a whole lot of visitors. And so, collections shown on the runway will be available immediately for sale on the official e-commerce platforms of exclusive online retail partners JollyChic and MarkaVIP – true story.

“Arab Fashion Week is delighted to co-organise this powerful new initiative together with JollyTrust, in partnership with Hala China. The sum of our collective expertise will propel Dubai into new heights on the International Fashion Week Calendar, by providing designers participating in Arab Fashion Week with the unprecedented opportunity to sell their collections from the runway directly to the consumer,” stated Jacob Abrian, Founder and Chief Executive of the Arab Fashion Council.

Below, we’ve scoured the best highlights of the collections displayed during the first two days of Arab Fashion Week. The Photo Gallery, right this way…
