Meet CHANEL’s first ever Coco Neige collection, featuring Australian actress and beauty Margot Robbie. The collection, which is entirely devoted to winter sports, includes pieces designed for the slopes and the après-ski. Just a few years ago, the House had launched its own skis and snowboard line, a collection that gained huge momentum.

And now, the new Coco Neige line combines the House’s codes – think tweed, leather and quilting – with a sporty-kind of mood, best designed to hit the slopes in style. The masculine/feminine inspiration takes glory in waterproof and windproof materials, with heat-sealed seams and reinforced protection.

The collection’s campaign is – naturally – shot by Karl Lagerfeld and features a backdrop of blue sky and clouds reminiscent of a chalet and peak tops.

“This shoot was one of the greatest experiences of my career. The energy and vibe on set was so wonderful and collaborative. One of the first things Karl Lagerfeld said to me was that we never need to take ourselves too seriously. He has such a creative mind and he knows exactly what he wants and the minute he captured it, we were moving onto the next shot. It was amazing. Karl Lagerfeld is a creative mastermind. I already knew he was a genius but to be able to spend time with him in person, I now know he is also just a wonderful human being,” stated Margot Robbie.
