Avocado Obsession

I grew up with an avocado tree in my backyard in Lebanon but I didn’t discover my love for Avocados until I moved to California. Avocado Toast, guacamole or just plain avocado with a spoon, however you enjoy this delicious fruit we found some other ways to benefit from it.

Did you know that the avocado is a natural sunscreen? Ok, maybe walking around with green mush on your face doesn’t sound practical, but if you do get sunburnt use an avocado mask to sooth it.

Avocado is extremely moisturizing, so use it head to toe to moisturize. We love it for our hair. Not only is it good for your scalp, it also hydrates dry hair and even reduces frizz!

We will do anything to reduce wrinkles, especially around the eyes. Avocado is also a natural wrinkle reducer; this is good to know when you are trying to save some money and are taking a break from those high-end anti-wrinkle creams.

You may know this last one if you have ever used the Kiehl’s Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado. So if you’re ever out of cucumber slices, try avocado instead for your dark circles.

Speaking of eyes, you can even take off your eye makeup with avocado oil, as this gentle alternative nourishes your eye area while it removes your makeup, and we totally love that!
